  1. Our trainers are champions in Body Building competitions. Im not gonna mention na lang, where ... kasi baka may makakilala at maconnect the dots. Lol.

    Why? Titigas lang siya pero malaki pa rin, tapos ang hirap na paliitin.

     

    What you have to do, clean up your diet and be diligent with your cardio exercises at pag napaliit mo na tummy mo (when you pinch eh siguro 1 inch na lang yung fat) thats the time you do the ab work outs.

     

    Saka na lalabas si six packs.

    Hindi ka totoong mahal niyan kung hindi ka kayang ipaglaban. Kung hindi proud na kasama ka.

     

    Kung itatago rin lang naman. Tigilan na yan. Respeto mo na lang sa sarili mo diba.

  3. Any motels na pwede walkin, discreet lang along cubao?

    Eurotel is a businessman hotel so kahet short time lang at naka elevator ka, hindi nakakahiya kasi you might be there just to stay for a while like others.

     

    Sogo kasi, although convenient, kilalang lovers hotel. So if discreet ka, medyo nakakailang.

     

    Wala na akong ibang maisip na walk in. Hindi na kasi convenient yung iba. Kelangan either me sasakyan or kahet naka taxi man lang.

    Hijo, sa totoo lang, pag hitsura mo eh masyadong bata hindi ka papasukin.

    How to do that?

     

    -In short trip, leave the car and walk

    -Use stairs rather than elevator if it is only 5 plights to go.

    - ride a bike / jog on weekends

    - do household chores

    - limit your tv watching / net surfing for like 5 hours a day.

    - have a dog. You are obliged to walk him daily.

    Blood pressure is accumulated from fats that build up from all the food you consumed and did not burn.

     

    As they say prevention is better than cure.

     

    So what now is your excuse?

  6. All those doesnt help me with this insomnia.

     

    I am up in the gym for like almost 4 hours... and I am supposed to be tired.

     

    But I am still awake right now at 3:30AM.

     

    Doctor advised me to take Hydroxizine. A pill for allergies that will cause you to feel drowsy and sleep. Yes, it made me sleep. But---- I dont want to be dependent. Even if is safe.

     

    Ill just enjoy to be a night owl rather than stressing myself to sleep even I cant. :)

  7. Do not take long dose of fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamins A, E etc., as it risk your liver.

     

    After a month of using, give it a break for at least 2 weeks.

     

    For any water soluble such as Vitamin C, it can be used in longterm as long as youll take a lot of water to prevent kidney stones.

     

     

    Going back to the topic.

     

    I learned to best lower down your weight is to eat REAL FOOD.

     

    I follow LCHF and so far, the only effective weight reducing diet and normalized BS and BP.

     

    Plus, a 4-5 days Training in the gym.

     

    I take green tea capsules and l-carnitine. I am naturally hindi pawisin so just for psychological thingy, I take them to sweat off.

     

    I know for the fact, that fat doesnt comes out through sweat alone (only 16% on body fluids) but on carbon dioxide thats why proper breathing is so important.

     

    My protiens, fats and lil carbs all come from real food.

  8. Alright... So I decided that I'm going on a diet. Because I'm bored and well, I really need to lose weight. I want an FWB and I can't possibly attract one if I'm too fat.

     

    Anyway, the problem is I have a very unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. Hope you guys can give me tips on how I can lose weight. So below are my 'circumstances'.

     

    1) I work 16 hours/day on average. 6 days a week. I free up my Saturdays as my 'me' time.

    2) I don't eat breakfast, but I down at 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning.

    3) I usually forget to eat lunch. Lunch is usually at around 5 or 6pm. And lunch means chicken fillet meal from mcdo. Mcdo is 5 mins walk from my place.

    4) I have no time to cook, but I guess I can prepare meals on a saturday to last me the entire week.

    5) At night, to keep myself awake, I drink about 2-3 cups of coffee again.

    6) No time to exercise as well (except on a saturday).

     

    On a normal day, i only eat one meal, but my sugar intake is quite high.

     

    Ooops. If you can make somd adjustment and a little sacrifices, you can try on the diet I am doing. I lost more than 20lbs since January and continue to lose.

     

    I am energetic and strong... And I have no loose skin.

     

    It is called as Ketogenic Diet.

     

    Low Carbs, High Fat.

     

    I know you guys were surprised about the diet that eats bacon, egg, cheese and heavy cream.

     

    I would suggest you to read and study www.dietdoctor.com and learn that carbs makes us fat, not the fat.

     

    Try it out sissy. This diet doesnt require exercise (but I do! I got so much energy and I need some place to release it) ... Since you will experience ketosis --- it is when the fat in your body is consumed as energy instead of glucose/carbs/sugar.

    Sabi nila mas minamahal daw ang kabit.

     

    Pero ang kabit walang peace of mind.

     

    Kaya kawawa si kabit. Kahet mas mahal mo yan at nagagawang bumalentong sa kama, hindi mo mabibigay ang kumpletong kaligayahan kasi tinatago mo at di maipagmalaki.

     

    Masaya lang yan sa umpisa. Eventually maghahanap na yan ng pwesto na gusto siya ang nasa una. Human nature yun eh.

    Sa mga lalake, where do you find it sexiest yung loc ng tatts?

     

    Basta hindi revealed kapag naka corporate attire ka at sa lower arms ha?

     

    I need suggestion, and it's my first time to get one.

     

    Piercing, siguro by May ill get one for my belly button.
