  1. Ang PLM dati (pwera na lang yung Manila Born/Residents na eme nila) 100% walang tuition. Yun lang if you go beyond required GPA, magbabayad ka na ng tuition although minimal pa rin.

     

    To think, PLM graduates are one of the best sa aten. Imagine how much the family would spend for a Medicine student from PLM compare with other med school.

     

    In the end, mas maraming makakapagtapos na filipino,Pilipinas pa rin naman makikinabang. So salamat sa free college na iyan. Salamat sa mga tax payers! :)

  2. DU30 should have put more pressure for the AFP to end the crisis much earlier. Its true that other countries have worst scenario but Marawi crisis should have been isolated and contained for the terrorist to have limited resources for them not to last a month.

    Well true.

     

    However, we really dont know what was goin on down there.

     

    No wonder they terrorized a city, in order to give them enough supplies diba? And besides that attack was well planned and financed. There are other considerations perhaps thats getting their way to crush Maute Group.

     

    Tsk. Of course all of us pray that this crisis end the soonest.

  7. Improving one self is always a good thing... the sad part about being in love is that its hard to look for someone else... I may be old school but i like to keep what i love she may not like me the way I like her the only thing i can do is too keep showing to her that I'm worth her trust and affection,,, having won and lost love due to circumstances of destiny's hand its very hard to let go of the next person who made you feel the same way.

    It is not old school as for me.

     

    It is losing a chance to find someone worthy of your love.

     

    I am just me, or I am just learned the lesson in life that you cant and never get things that is not meant for you even how hard you try.

     

    It is important to accept and be ready for someone/something meant for you.

  10. Ano best gawin na exercise sa bahay lang? I never really focus on cardio but I feel like I have to since I still have a bit of a belly

    Jumping Jacks

    Running in Place

    High Jump

    Butt Kick Jump

     

    Zumba

    Aerobics

    Pilates

    Hit the gym!

     

    Kick those stresses away.

     

    Another way to destress is :

     

    1. Eat my favorite ice cream flavor (pistachio of Caramia)

    2. Play with my dogs

    3. Walk on the beach

    4. Go on bubble/jacuzzi bath

    5. Sing my heart out in a videoke

    6. Bike in the morning

    7. Call and chat with my girl friends

    8. Road trip with my girl friends

    9. Day hike on the nearby hiking spots

    10.Play with myself (depends on whos going to be the subject of my imagination)

     

    Darating talaga that you stress out. But you have to always put in mind that even if you stress out, that wont change the state of the things that you stress out... but only can change is how you look at it.

     

    Paradigm shift.

     

    Nakakapanget ang stress, halaka!

    Boost Immunity?

     

    Manage stress. --- this is the culprit of all sickness. Physical, mental, emotional stress. Kapag na stress ka, bagsak immunity mo

     

    Managing stress doesnt mean doing unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking and too much drinking of alcohol. Sangkaterbang free radicals thatll float to your system. Nakakatanda! Promise.

     

    Vitamin C? Hmmm. Yes but this go hand in hand in taking at least 8 glasses of water.

     

    Get enough sleep. (Adults need at least 6-8 hours of sleep)

     

    Exercise - whether run, dance or hitting the gym, physical activity boost your immune system. Yun lang, do not over exercise.

     

    Eat Real Food. - get your vitamins and minerals in real food.

     

    I believe if you eat real, clean food --- you dont need supplements.

     

    Yun. And of course be clean sa sarili mo at sa paligid mo. But not too clean na 5x kang maligo sa isang araw. Diba you need those immunity microbes din? ;)

  13. Pansin ko, yung mga man boobs, once they go on a gym, and work out --- ang ganda ng pecs nila

     

     

    Compare to thin guys na nag work out. Walang pecs.

     

    So oks lang po na me dede kayo kasi pag nag work out kayo, magiging muscles siya, tapos ang ganda ng pagkakahati. ☺

    You have to have time.

     

    For:

     

    1. Working out.

     

    Naniniwala ako na yung 1hr sa gym ay hindi sapat para makumpleto mo ang program mo.

     

    2. Meal Prep

     

    Madali lang naman. Actually, mas madali kesa mag isip ng food na kakainin mo araw araw. The thing is, some of the ingredients sa diet mo, hindi available sa suking tindahan. Ex. Greek yogurt.

     

    3. Sleep

     

    It requires the muscle to recuperate at least 6-8 hours of rest. Tanong? Sa traffic sa EDSA, anong oras ka dapat magising para hindi malate sa work.

     

    Pangalawa, kelangan mo ng ANDA (money)

     

    1. Gym Membership --- unless me nagregalo sayo ng complete set up ng smithe machine, tapos threadmill, dumbells, barbells and cable pulls, di mo kelangan mag gym.

     

    Eh diba magdedesign ka nga ng katawan mo? Kelangan mga yan kasi parang mga carving tools mga yan. Kung takbo takbo ka lang, youll.get lean pero wala yung v shape na gusto mo.

     

    2. Diet (Dito! Gastos man!)

     

    Bukod sa budget mo sa food ng family mo, hiwalay yung sayo. Yung budget ng buong family mo, sa meal prep mo lang yun.

     

    Kung gusto mo pang mas mabilis, hala... me whey protein ka pa, me BCAA pa, me amino acids pa at sangkatutak na supplements. Grabe.

     

    Sa katulad namen nagpapayat, me Green Tea, L Carnitine, Garcinia (yan di ko afford kaya di ako nagamit na niyan) at kung ano ano pa.

     

    Pero ako ay JERF (Just Eat Real Food) advocate.

     

    3. Pamasahe / Pang gas pa gym

     

    Minsan mas magastos pa siya kesa sa gym membership mismo.

     

     

    Ayan.

     

    Kung meron ka naman time at pera, kaya mo naman yan.

     

    Sipag, tsaga at consistency lang.

     

    Magkakasama lahat yan.

     

    Kaso ako, sipag at tsaga lang eh! Hahaha :lol: :lol: :lol:
