    ang mga problema sa air21 sila arboleda and deocampo. i still remember ung AFC nung pinatay single-handedly ni arboleda ang BGK.

    and deocampo had a field day.

     

    however, dont count on your horses yet. MBM still has something to say about this.

    Mukhang mauunahan pa ni JJ si MC na mag MVP ah ^,...,^

     

    goes to show the maturity ni MC.

    truth be said, if not for Team Pilipinas, dapat last year pa nag-MVP sya. He was leading all candidates by a mile bago sya nag-full time sa national team.

     

    if indeed JJ does become this year's MVP, hulaan nyo na lang kung sino ang mas masaya :)

     

    parada has been playing hurt the whole series. but inspite of his injury he's still trying his best to help redbull. tapos sisigawan ka lang ng caoch mo na akala mo bobo ka lumaro...konting compassion naman yeng guiao!

     

    well, kanya-kanyang style yan

    we're not sure if off court ganyan din si yeng guiao

     

    aside from this series, you have to recognize some success sa system ni kalbong hambog

    bottomline is it works

     

    now, since RB is still playing its guts out in spite of yeng's antics, this is only testament to how professional their players are

    and how much they indeed trust in 'ol baldy.

     

    even junthy, tingnan mo, wala ding sinasabing masama sa RB. he's sorry that he had to leave RB, but im sure he's happy to be BGK

     

    Finally.....kita kita na lang sa Araneta...will be watching the sweep live.

    great win... didnt expect game 1 to go down as easy.

    with all due respect to my kabarangay....RB is lead by one of the most respectable names sa RP basketball, game 2 will be a totally different ballgame.

     

    however, if game 2 come as easy as game 1, better take out your brooms!

    Reavis wont be able to guard KWil, he'll be too slow to react to him.

    I'd rather go for putting Billy Mamaril sa SF position and have him guard KWil. Billy has height, bulk and strength over Williams, at least check na iyong post, besides if he tries to penetrate nandun naman si Alexander, ingat na lang sa drop offs kay Omolon or Espino.

     

    What im actually waiting for BGK to do is actually the above. ung 2 PF nila pagsabayin, rotation sila Menk, Crisano, and eventually Reavis sa PF slot, while Mama and Junthy (and possibly Wilson) sa SF.

     

    This should force SLR to field Espino and/Aquino which will put SLR out of its fast break game.

    from bottom of the cellars to ranked #3 after eliminations!!!

     

    pero looking at the breakdown of games...parang como sila #3 parang dehado pa ata, as compared to #4 (MBM) and #5 (Coke).

     

    1. BGK will not know who they'll be playing against until friday night. Meaning, they will only have Saturday to pour over the tapes of their best of 3 opponent is unlike MBM and Coke, im sure ngayon pa lang, panay na panuod ng tapes of each other ang coaching staff.

    2. BGK will duke it out the winner of the wildcard, mejo mataas compyansa ng mga ito! albeit, the wildcard winner will need to win 4 of their next 5 games in order to make it to the semis, this is something that's not totally unheard of, esp in this particular conference.

    3. Should BGK make it past the QF, they will need to contend with Red Bull, a team with already a championship tradition and a master tactician in yeng guiao. Unlike sa MBM, Coke, and Air21 shuffle, Air21 is untested in a best of 7 series. Air21 can win games but a series kung saan adjustments are expected....im very much skeptical na kayang gawin ng Air21 yan. lets face, one dimension lang talaga laro ng Air21.

    dont get me wrong for this comment ... but one of the reasons the manila ocean park was conceptualized was to attrct both local and foreign tourist... its not about affordability its about showcasing the best and what you can see about our archiphelago without the benifitting of going into the various dive site that we have.... what they have presented was a very poor copy cat of various oceanarium around the region... im dissapointed not because of the money but rather we should have made a better effort into showcasing the best.... heck si SM may MALL of ASIA which is one of the largest MALL this part of the world....why cant we do better... e ang lawak ng MANILA BAY AREA.... its the mentality that hurt us... yong pwede n attitude... pagtiyagaan na lang natin n attitude... kaya were in a rot n having that mentality for the past 10 years....

    in a nut shell... in total agreement!!! :thumbsupsmiley:

    Manny is simple man.

    If he says that he is fighting for all Pinoys for unity.... deep in his heart... he really believes that he is.

     

    Syempre, ibang usapan na yan for all the political pinheads that surround him.

    They of all people should know better.

    Manny is but a man, granted that he is indeed a gifted athlete with a huge heart...BUT... (to paraphrase skitz) pareho lang natin syang mabaho ang t**!

     

    At the least, his story is inspirational or (should i dare say it) something to be emulated by the masses...

    BUT DEFINITELY

    hindi si pacman ang mag-aahon sa hirap sa mga pinoy!

    meron akong napanood na TV interview kay Pacman the day after the fight...

    tinanong nung pinoy reporter about the possibility of a Marquez fight...

    he answered jokingly..."if the price is right..."

     

    instead of being offended, i actually admired pacquiao even more when he said that...

    he recognizes himself as human...na meron ding needs and desires (just like the rest of us)

     

    with that one line...he said it all.

    kaya kayong mga gagong politiko kayo...tantanan nyo na si manny! :angry:

    he is not the shining beacon of hope you are trying to push down our throats...

    he is but a simple man with a big heart. SO LET HIM BE!

    Overrated Nba/pba Players

    with all due respect...

     

    Kevin Garnett is probably the most talented (individual) player to ever played the game. he just about can do anything and everything with the ball.

     

    granted that he doesn't have a ring as other "more accomplished" players do BUT it takes a team to win and lose championships.

    guys...honestly, do you think roach is stupid enough to announce that he has a mole in the barrera camp in public?

    if he did, wouldn't it be a more strategic move to keep things secret for the time being.

     

    i've haven't checked in with odd makers yet...but manny is likely to defeat barrera come october.

     

    not because manny is a better fighter but because marco antonio barrera has been in one too many fights already...this may be his way of bowing out of the sport that he loves and finally hanging up his gloves.
