  1. I always found cardio boring so I would skip it and go for weights instead. However as the years went by I learned the need to dedicate time for it. Maybe 2-3x a week of cardio. If short on time, I would do high intensity interval training
  2. Slow mornings. Woke up early, feeling rested. Had time to prepare breakfast
