Assuming the goal is weight loss: Weight in lbs x 13 = average "maintenance calories" to stay the same weight. Eat fewer calories than that, ergo calorie deficit. Aim for 300-500 calories under that for healthy weight loss. Intermittent fasting helps by reducing the window, but doesn't stop you crom consuming 3000 calories and blowing the diet. 1 cup rice is 200 calories, 1 egg is 70-90 calories. Yes it requires some looking up of calories, but it works for us that don't have the metabolism we want.

Hip-hop/urban/club-style dancing, mostly. Gimmie a good beat and I'll move my feet. Took a class on "social" dancing. Learned the swing, the waltz, and a couple other dances. It's fun, but you can't really do it randomly in the kitchen unless you live with another person that knows social dance and is no longer sleepy or tired from work.

I'll take instant to mean "cup" noodles since the pouch version takes some prep work that makes it not instant. I haven't tried many, and I think my favorite is out there, but for now Nong Shim Noodle bowl has really good flavor balance and decent noodle texture. Buldak fire noodles are really good, but I prefer pouches, so Nong Shim it is.

Amazon is a beast and nearly a monopoly, but it's so convenient getting 2-day or even next day shipping. Returns are as simple as taking them to a local store with an Amazon hub. Fees went up this year, tho.

Taxi drivers are a mixed bag. Some are nice, others are total assholes. I got hustled because he was the only taxi around in an emergency. Overall, PUV drivers tend to have better manners.
