The usual: Picnic Grove, People's Park in the Sky, the best Starbucks in the PH (because of the view), Ayala Malls Serin and Museo Orlina (opens 10am, Tuesdays to Saturdays). Pink Sisters Convent.
Antonio's Tagaytay - you should try the champagne there, best enjoyed with the cool Tagaytay climate.

P.S. Try also Silang Cavite (near Tagaytay) check out the many cafes, relax and meditate at the Korean Temple and eat at Balinsasayaw Resto.
