I have been to La Union once, went straight to Thunderbird Resort. Photo from Thunderbird Resort site (not mine): Great food and great place. Their oven-baked pizza was superb. Drakkar Noir - gives me 90s vibes, though it was introduced in 1982. Reminds me of GQ magazines, Lacoste 12.12 polo shirts, Dockers pants, Rolex Submariner, Ray-Ban glasses, Dr. Martens shoes. 5. Issey Miyake Pour Homme Sport - clean, crisp, and makes me feel my best. Others worthy of mention: Kenneth Cole Reaction, Mont Blanc Legend Spirit, Mont Blanc Emblem. But the best scent is the SCENT OF A WOMAN. Good evening!

Posting the original message. For me, I have limited time to exercise, so I researched prisoner workouts. I am still overweight. But I do the following and it worked wonders for me: 1. Push-ups, incline push-ups 2. Brisk walking. Use the stairs when I can. 3. Sit-ups. Abdominal wheel. 4. Squats and burpees. Plus diet monitoring. Include a lot of water and use a multi-vitamin. So far 10 pounds down, more to go.
