Makati or fort. most head offices are located there. It's where you find the best jobs, the best opportunities. It's where the action is. And if you're smart you will want to live there.

If you will buy a condo, buy a condo near your work place. Walking distance, within 1 kilometer. For me no sense buying a condo if you will commute anyway, bumili ka nlang ng house & lot.

espresso in most coffee shop chains like Starbucks, Seattle's best, etc are fcuking undrinkable, and that's why they have to dump so much crap into it so you can hardly taste the coffee anymore. If you want good coffee you go to a gourmet coffee shop. There are many out there now. They usually source their own beans (single origin) and roast them in house.

Century park in malate, or choi garden in greenhills.

Tsukiji resto on corner of paseo de Roxas & arnaiz.
By the way, the way to tell if jap resto is authentic is if there are a lot of Japanese who eat there. Same with any other foreign resto.

If you are really into coffee, and not the flavored crap, then go to Toby's estate or craft coffee.

Steak houses are overpriced. For example myron's, you spend 3 grand, you get 200 grams. It's excellent, but bitin ka. I suggest you buy at a deli and cook it yourself. Madali lang naman, you can just use a frying pan. Pm me I will teach you how. Or you can google it, dami websites will teach you. If you don't like cooking, some delis have paluto, you just pay a service charge. Anyway, 95% of a good steak is the quality of the meat, the cooking is just 5%.

Anyone out there know the difference? At EDSA cement is used and there is always deblocking that causes traffic the whole weekend. At C5, it is asphalt and overnight everything is fixed. Why the difference when both are DPWH projects? Why is cement also used in EDSA while asphalt is used in C5 and roads abroad?
You need both concrete and asphalt. Concrete for strength and asphalt for softer and smoother ride. Concrete layer should be about 1 feet thick, asphalt about 6 inches. Here in the Philippines we cut both in half and that's why madali masira. Concrete natin around 6 inches lang, asphalt only 3 inches. And sometimes the concrete is exposed, they don't even bother putting asphalt on top. Probably they do that on purpose, so every year meron project where you can get kickbacks.

Negative sa metro Manila.
Metro Manila is divided politically into 17 independent cities/municipalities. But physically there is no division. The cities are beside each other. All roads, electricity and water lines, drainage and sewage lines are all connected. So really metro Manila is just one giant city. Metro Manila needs just one governor. Metro Manila is a big mess now because the 17 mayors don't cooperate, they don't have a common vision.

So many bad schools. Don't know which is worst. If more than half of your graduates can't pass the board or bar exams, then you are useless as a school, the degrees you gave to your students are worthless. Your ched accreditation should be revoked. You are wasting the hard earned money of the parents.

Harvard, or any Ivy League, including MIT and Stanford. You graduate from any of these schools you can more or less guarantee you will get a job anywhere in the world.

Fix population problem first. Even if we build more classrooms, it's never enough to catch up. There's just too many kids year after year.

i hope someone can answer this, can i withdraw my insurance policy even if i'm not the owner and if i can do i get anything?
If you are not the owner, the only way to get money is if you are the beneficiary and the owner dies. You cannot touch the money without the permission of the owner while the owner is alive.

Mas ok ba mag car loan sa bank, or opt for their "in-house financing"?
Get a quote from both and compare it. in general, banks will give you a lower rate than in-house.

i met my gf (now ex) on mrt. i worked in an office near shaw mrt. i had to buy something in glorietta, i decided to go on my lunch break. nag mrt na ako, mabilis lang naman. on my way back to shaw, i noticed a cute girl (with big boobs) struggling with her stuff. she had alot of shopping bags and her hands were full, plus she was trying to hold on to the rail. i didnt help her right away, i was afraid she would think im a creep. but when she dropped one of her bags during a sudden acceleration, yun na, i gave her a smile and offered to help her. buti naman she accepted. i made small talk... turns out she had the same idea i did. she had a small business in ortigas area and she needed some supplies from glorietta for her shop. sobra hassle to drive and park so better mag mrt nalang. but she didnt anticipate the trouble of carrying all those bags. its a good thing i was there at the right time hehe. we ended up talking more over coffee at shang mall. it wasnt a busy day, so nag half day nalang ako, i texted my staff na hindi na ako babalik. time flew by, i didnt even notice it got dark until i started feeling hungry, dinner time na pala. i invited her to have dinner with me, but she really had to leave...dinner plans with her bf...but not for long. we kept in touch. a few weeks later nag break din sila and naging kami.
