if you cal PLDTs 171 it will take you minimum of 20 mins wait to talk to csr.... :(

Agree, just got off the phone, 20 mins waiting time and all you get after less than 5 mins talking to a CSR is a ticket with a promise of 3 days ETA of the complain

20 mins the 1st & 2nd day.
30 mins the 3rd day.
30 mins the 4th day.
Went to their office on the 6th day. Prob solved in 24 hours.
The customer care people will only get you to calm down and hang up on their calls but will not do anything for you.
Typo: 40 mins on the 4th day.
Not to mention being passed to another dept.

if there is anything correct about pldt its the second faqqing letter. L - Long... inang yan. wala na improve ang companya na yan. shitty company run by a shitty CEO. MVP should appoint a better CEo. wala na cya time mag solve ng mga problema ng company nya. let other idiots solve it for him.
