Retirement In Manila

Recommended Posts

Single retiree can live on 40- 50,000php a month comfortably, all in na yun in manila area.

Province is good but you better stay near good hospitals. plus put some investment into your insurance/health plan.

Ang hirap usually sa tao, is they spend as if malaki pa din kita nila kahit retired na sila a.k.a spoiled.

maybe retire near but not in manila. new masterplanned communities are springing up and private developers are better at these sorts of things. see how disciplined motorists are in BGC and makati CBD. local governments sa ngayon di masunod yung mga masterplan para sa sarili nilang teritoryo and masyadong beholden sa mga squatters na sources of votes. if you live in developments in cainta or cavite you'll have the infrastructure that would grant you access to manila and at the same time access to local amenities that could be just as good (ex hospitals)

A simple life in province...
