from my experience masarap tumira sa house and lot while maliliit pa kids mo. kasi if bata pa minsan maingay makulit. masaya yun pero minsan gusto mo ng peace and quiet if malaki house mo lipat ka ng lugar like lanai garden tambay ka lang iwan kids inside to gulo gulo. lalo now my kids may class online gusto kanya kanya kwarto pa. pero pag lumaki na sila and magsarili na its best to stay in a condo kasi convenient iwan mo lang lock travel go out madali. kahit wala maid stay in pwede madali maintain and may maintenance matatawag pag emergency.

I'll go for a House and Lot

Sa palagay ko, mas maraming alaala sa isang malaking bahay and I think that would be nice. I always dreamt of having a big family, a family of artists.

Gusto ko yung tipong maraming magugulo, makukulit na bata which I don't really mind. Much better if they draw on walls or everywhere, ok lang din sa akin yung ganun. Afterwards, I'll cover those drawings with wooden planks. Maganda din kasi sa interior ng bahay yung may konting texture.

Hindi naman habang buhay bata yung mga magiging anak natin. Pag lumaki na sila at may sarili na silang mga buhay at kayo na lang ng asawa mo ang natira sa bahay then that would be the right time to remove the wooden planks. :)
