Supplements - to Take or Not to Take?

do u take amino acids sir when working out??? yung kasama ko sa gym always take one tablet before workout...

ako I take whey protein din after workout plus 2 hard boiled eggs kaso malakas pala cholesterol pag kasama yung dilaw....huhuhu

So long as you can eat a balanced diet (fruits, vegetables, meat, carbs, dairy), exercise (2.5hrs a day as per WHO), and have enough rest (atleast 8hrs a day) then you don't need. But in today's lifestyle let's be honest that almost everyone is not able to do it. That's why we have supplements, to supplement our health. 😊

Amino acid, yes I do take creatine lang before work out,  yes egg yolk has cholesterol you'll get 6 gms to 12 gms  of protein every egg hehe. Medyo costly lang mag maintain hehe

 I started taking amino acids kanina lang, one before and one after workout....then I would probably take whey protein mga 3x a week na lang, sobra na gastos, haha

yup, costly mag maintain.....buti na lang naka monthly nako sa GYM...haha

nasa 22% body fat nako from 26% 2 months ago....
