janus Garci
Pro Complex Gainer if you're having a hard time packing on weight. It's for me one of the best quality weight gain support supplement out there next to Prolab's N-Large2. My friend is the exclusive distributor of ON products in the Philippines. I'm not really sure if they have supply of this stuff since Pro Compelx alone is not really that sellable here because of the price. If for example you can get a 5 lb tub of whey for P2,000-P2,500, the same tub of Pro-Complex would sell at about P3,000-P4,000. If you'd buy my suggestion, buy any whey protein supplement and whip yourself up a calorie densed shake by combining a scoop or two of whey with milk, 2-3 bananas and tablespoon of peanut butter. The best weight gain product out there is SNI Xtreme Pro Mass. Very affordable 400 pesos per 1 pound and you can buy it at any Toby's and Chris sports. Si Jerick Ternida ito ang gamit. He is a Pinoy bodybuilder na nag Champion sa States. Quote Link to comment

Actually, no. If you are eating enough you will already be gaining muscle even without the aid of these supplements. Quote Link to comment

And by the way, I know who Jerick Ternida is... and I'm telling you that he eats like a horse. I'd say he grew more with whole foods he's been ingesting rather than relying solely on the "weight gainer" you're mentioning. Moreover, I really doubt that SNI's Xtrme Pro Mass is the "best" weight gainer out there. And by the way, ever heard of "juice?" I'm sure Jerick will never divulge his secrets to you. Jacques
^lolz, yea i plan to bulk up sana pero not fat but more on buffIf you're trying to gain muscle size, you should really focus on ingesting more calories. Shoot for 5 to 7 meals a day taken every 2-3 hours duration. Focus on "clean" foods and avoid "junk" foods. It is inevitable to gain a little fat and have water retention in this phase of bulking up. You might also want to consider to train only 3 days a week to ensure that your body's recuperating effciently from your workouts and avoid overtraining which may result to muscle catabolism when you're not ingesting adequate amounts of protein and other essential nutrients. I know of a lot of people who've been working 5 or more times a week thinking that more is better. In the end, they don't seem to grow muscle. Moreover, some people actually believe that they're already eating enough to gain muscle. But when I saw how they ate, it was barely less than what I think they should to gain weight for bulking up. Now 5-8 meals may sound hard to "swollow" and this is where "supplements" like whey, weight gainers or MRPs would come in to help fill in your calorie requirements and actually be there to serve as a meal. The nice things about supplements is that they are really very convinient to take and tastes far better since they where first introduced decades back. Lastly, you might want to consider adding creatine to your supplement regimen. Goodluck on your progress. Quote Link to comment
