Most steroids are harmful in our body. it may have a negative result physically, physiologically and emotionally. Simply because it's not 100% natural. The thread title is a misnomer... Steroids can never be safe not unless youre taking them for a medical condition and youre closely supervised by a doctor.

 

Ive seen the negative effects of long term steroid use since my sister was on the juice (for medical reasons and prescribed by a doctor) for a very long time. More than the physical effects - the psychological effects are scary ... mood swings, temper tantrums and depression to name a few.

 

I was on steroids for a few months as well (for medical reasons) ... I asked to be taken off them since I was noticing that it was making me more emotional than usual, to the detriment of a lot of things I hold dear.

 

So please. For your sanity (and those around you) - lay off the juice.
