I'm a big wuss tho, it'd prolly take me a month of thinking before i could be convinced of cycling creatine hahah i was just wondering what's wrong with 1.5 to 2 g per lb of body weight? it seems like most supplementation material i see online, even med journals say the same thing :-/ Quote Link to comment
