S&R Price (formerly Price Smart) for daily stuff and the occassional small appliance. Their Tri-pro dog and cat food is cheap! Decent mix of local and imported stuff. Wide aisles, few people generally, good quality meat. Passable wine selection an d fast check-out with easy parking.

 

The Sunday tiangge at the Lung Center of the Philipines for fish and other seafood; fruits; ham from Joy's smokehouse; and langgonisang calumpit.

 

Santi's along Timog avenue for gourmet stuff including wines, seasonings, kitchen clogs, and induction cookware.
