Crystalmare
I haven't back read enough to see if this was posted but just in case, here is a really good recipe me and my drinking buddies used to make for our nightly binges Corned Beef with Corn Ingredients:2 cans corned beef, the spicier the better1 can Corn kernels1 bulb onion roughly chopped6 cloves garlic minced1 eggKnorr seasoningpeppersili labuyo....optional In a high fire saute the garlic and onion, add the corned beef and the water from the can of corn, reduce until very little water left then add knorr seasoning. then add the corn, stir fry until the aroma fills up the kitchen, and very hot. crack an egg over the dish and stir like crazy, serve on a steak plate. If there are any left overs then mix it with day old rice and create a great fried rice dish....if the non spicy version was done.... Quote Link to comment
