Is it possible for a employee/trainee on a managerial position to resign to the job/training without paying the company... ganito kasi un.. ung friend ko nag-apply sa isang bank, and dahil wla pa syang experience ung bank ang umako ng training nya, but at the same time nag-wowork sya dun.. which means nag-benefit ung company sa work na ginawa nya. eto ngaun.. after 3 months gusto na nya mag-resign for stressfull reason daw, sabi sa kanya ng company na pwde sya mag-resign PERO babayaran nya ung nagastos ng company sa kanyang managerial training which is 100,000. Di daw sila pwede magresign sa company for at least 1 year, at kung di daw maiiwasan ung resignation or tinanggal sila sa company kailangan nila magbayad ng 100,000. Nasa contract din yun, and ipinaliwanag mabuti sa kanila before sila mag-sign. Ung friend ko gusto na nya magresign talga. Voidable ba ung contract because its contrary to law and public policy? direct assault ba ung contract sa Art. 285 ng labor code? ano kaya pede nyang magawa in case i-compell syang magbayad upon my friend's resignation. Ang tanong, may ari-arian ba yung kaibigan mo? Kung wala, kahit magkaso pa yang bangko na yan, kung wala din lang naman silang makukuha eh di useless lang ang kaso nila. And I don't think na magbabayad ang bangko sa lawyer para lang sa isang kaso na wala naman silang makukuha na P100,000. In other words, ang tingin ko dyan, nananakot lang ang bangko.

 

Note, however, that the contract is valid, hindi yan contrary to law or public policy, rasonable lang naman na protektahan ng bangko ang investment niya.

My original answer still stands, however. Kung wala rin lang naman siyang assets to answer for damages, useless lang ang kasuhan siya, so he can take his chances and resign.

 

Keep in mind, however, that a person should shoulder his responsibilities. Pinaliwanag sa kanya na di siya pwedeng magresign w/in one year. He should be man enough to face the music. Sa hirap ng buhay ngayon, andami-dami diyan walang trabaho, siya me trabaho sa bangko. Mag-isip-isip siya ng mabuti.

you can either use it internally or externally.

 

for internal use, you can set it as slave to your existing DASD. i-check mo lang yung mga DIP switches nya sa likod.

for external use, you can use an enclosure. its simplier. just put your DASD inside the enclosure, connect it via USB, open the switch and WinXP should detect it as a removable hard disk.

And if he skips on the contract without paying the penalty, he will be blacklisted in the banking industry. Just standard practice, nothing personal.

a cursory reading of RA9165, better known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” shows that ephedrine is considered a controlled precursor (being listed in Table I of the 1988 UN Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances annexed to the Act) and its possession, regardless of quantity, would therefore be illegal.

Download mo itong K-lite mega codec pack which includes quicktime alternative (shown as movie player classic) and almost all types of codec. Mga 30MB nga lang ito. otherwise you can just download quicktime alternative (freeware). Use quicktime alternative (movie player classic) to play the rmvb file.

Guys, I need your opinion. I've had my current PC since December 2002. Pentium 4, 256 mb Memory. Nauna nang nag-crash yung hard drive niya mga three years ago but it was still workable so I kept it and still am using it mainly storage for files and not to store the systems. I was wondering which would be a better move, to upgrade the parts or to buy a new PC altogether. Outdated na kasi yung ilang parts niya pero madali naman bilhan (DVD-rom, Graphic card). Am I better off with a new PC para lahat ng parts bago and hindi masayang yung mga upgraded parts ko kapag nasira na kalumaan yung original parts. Your opinions please....

He may be using Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. There's an addon/plugin that's only available for Ultimate Edition users that enables you to use a movie file as a background wallpaper. :headsetsmiley:

I need to get all my spread out documents and graphic files together. Is there a quick way to do this? Like a program that can search my HD, find all my .doc and .ppt files and move them all to one folder?
