another question, i overheard from a businessman that he is not paying their employee the minimum wage required by law n yet he is doing it legally, is there truth to this?? is there a loophole in the minimum wage law??

Under Republic Act (RA) 9178, or the Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BMBE) Act of 2002

SEC. 8. Exemption from the Coverage of the Minimum Wage Law. The BMBEs shall be exempt from the coverage of the Minimum Wage Law. Provided, That all employees covered under this Act shall be entitled to the same benefits given to any regular employee such as social security and healthcare benefits.

SEC. 3. Definition of Terms - As used in this Act, the following terms shall mean:

1. (a) "Barangay Micro Business Enterprise," hereinafter referred to as BMBE, refers to any business entity or enterprise engaged in the production, processing or manufacturing of products or commodities, including agro-processing, trading and services, whose total assets including those arising from loans but exclusive of the land on which the particular business entity's office, plant and equipment are situated, shall not be more than Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000.00). The above definition shall be subject to review and upward adjustment by the SMED Council, as mandated under Republic Act No. 6977, as amended by Republic Act No. 8289

No, we're going to do forgery. My friend wants to know if the person she's going out with is still single. But, NSO would require some LOA from the person. SO, I think she dont have any way to know it.

What's the guy's full name?

Better hire a private investigator or if you could get a copy of your guys Annual Income tax Return or Voter information from COMELEC or credit card details or you could visit the HRD Dept of your labs :boo:

mga sir tulong naman pagbinubuksan ko yun pc ko may lumalabas na nawawala daw yung 1 file tapos di ko daw marerepair ang lumalabas eto....

WINDOW COULD NOT START BECAUSE THE FOLLOWING FILE IS MISSING OR CORRUPT: /WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

YOU CAN ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THIS FILE BY STARTING WINDOWS SETUP USING THE ORIGINAL SETUP CD-ROM

SELECT R AT THE FIRST SCREEN TO START REPAIR

PAG PINDOT KO R PARANG MAGRESTART SIYA TAPOS YAN MESSAGE NA YAN LALABAS ULIT 3 ARAW NA GANYAN PC KO DI TULOY MAGAMIT PANU A DAPAT GAWIN?

Nung una mo itong nakita, dapat nag reboot ka press F8 then choose last known good configuration.

1. Reformat ur PC (last option mo ito)

2. Repair ur PC using the Windows XP CD Rom (plus ASR if you have this one)

Lets go for repair muna

1. Insert Windows XP CD rom sa CD drive then restart ur PC

2. After loading all the files needed mag tatanong ito kung if you want to install or repair (go for install)

3. after choosing install mag tatanong uli ito if you want to install a new copy or repair the existing copy (saka kana mag rerepair)

4. sit back and relax and input some credentials kung nagtanong..

Hope tama ito...

Give me some feedback...

 :hypocritesmiley: :headsetsmiley: B)

try this step...

1. sa device manager, highlight the root computer, right click and choose scan for hardware changes

pag hindi gumana....

2. go to add/ remove software and look for the driver ng ATI mo

remove the driver and reinstall it again...

pag wala install mo nalang ulit...

3. baka naman plug and play ung video card mo

Note:

You dont have to worry bout sa video display coz microsoft had a default driver for your video card.

 :hypocritesmiley: :headsetsmiley: B)

i have been working for this company for 10 years already and during this period, i managed to rise from the ranks. in the course of my employment, i had access to various information that should be kept confidential especially from competitors. now, the company is asking me to sign a "confidentiality agreement" which states that in order for the company to protect its investments in terms of research, client base, i can not work for another company of the same nature if ever i separate (for whatever reason) from the company.

eto yung part of the contract:

should i sign this? what if i decide to leave them for a better opportunity? maliit lang ang market for my profession, and in all likelihood, yung mapupuntahan kong company (if ever) is a competitor.

thanks

Just a thought on your predicament - You been with the company for the longest time, that means you have had an employment contract long ago with the company. If the provisions on the "confidentiality agreement" makes you uncomfortable, then dont sign it. The Company cannot force upon you an amendment to an employment contract.

You see, there is nothing in the confidentiality agreement that is to your benefit............ that is unfair. If a company would like to restrict you or limit your job opportunities elsewhere, especially if your skills are adapted to a particular industry and shifting to another industry would entail that you start all over again, then at least the present company should provide compensation in the interim period when you are prohibited (there should be a limitation, like x number of years, in prohibiting you to engage employment in the same industry). :thumbsdownsmiley:

These are called restrictive covenants in employment, think about it before you agree. Its no simple thing. This is usually applied to highly technical jobs ex. Chemists, Finance, Sales.
