Hala!?

'tol di ba illegal yan?

makikipag internet lang eh... hehehe .. masarap pag libre d ba? tsaka may thrill... lalo na kapag encrypted ang wireless network... sarap ng thrill tsaka adrenaline rush...

I dunno kung meron ng law bout or against wardrving dito sa pinas....

pre, sa Pinas pa?!! <_< <_< medyo mabagal ang paggawa ng mga laws dito lalo na regarding sa information technology... eh pinoy pa medyo magaling din at kung kayang lumusot lulusot...

anyway yung wardriving is a nice idea if u want ot hack some corporate accounts heheheh..

I agree pero dont post it here kasi baka swak yan sa lumang laws kasi kahit luma ang law at bago ang technology baka it applies kasi its only the tech w/c is new not the means or the situation like the term "wired or wireless or any by any other means..." youd be surprised....

At isa pa, pang manyak itong mtc, you'll never know kung may congressman dito reading the threads hehe bka naghahanap ng ka SEB ditow in aid of legislation at makakuha ng idea tungkol sa gagawing nyang laws nyahaha

Sentinel, I did the same procedure for my son and it is in the Office of the Civil Registrar's office where you can file late registration.  You need to have the following:

1. Certified true copy of the birth certificate of your child

2. Affidavit of two (2) disinterested persons attesting to the birth of your child

3. Certified true copy of your Marriage Certificate

4. Processing fee

5. Documentation fee

6. Documentary stamps.

7. Pang merienda ng gagawa ng bagong Birth Certificate- joke

Usually it takes a week or so to process the new Birth Certificate.  The requirements sometimes varies from one city or municipality to another.  I hope I was able to address your query.

Sentinel, in addition to the requirements I stated, you need the following too:

1. Joint Affidavit of Legitimation - this shall be executed by the spouses, if married.

2. Certification from the doctor (OB-GYNE) who delivered the child.

3. And fill up a verification form from the Office of the Civil Registrar, certifying that the facts of birth appear in the Register of Births from the original.

Sana makatulong to. Regards.
