I heard stories of hidden cameras. Question ko lang, can you sue the management of the said establishment if ever you prove na kinuhanan ka ng hidden camera while having sex. MTC Lawyers need your reply!

ako, graduate n ako ng law and m currently reviewing for this year's bar exams. well u can definitely sue them in a civil action for damages. Theoretically, pwede talaga un. Pero on the practical aspect, malalaman ng buong madla na nakuhanan ka ng video sa motel kase ang court records are public records that can be viewed by anyone. so, by suing, u practically tell the whole world na ikaw un nasa video. so, u better not.

no place is safer than ur own home guys but be sure na isa lang dadalhin o dun (yung legal lang)......... for other stuffs... try their house...

 

if it's inevitable, and u must use a motel.... just turn of the lights.... if u still feel uncomfty with hidden cams.... MAGTAKIP KAYO NG KUMOT.......
