The_Blade
erm brace yourself for gloomy and rainy days wahaha, take that as no hope's (pag asa) fearless forecast.. weather's perfect when we were there last week. http://i44.tinypic.com/2nbu4ch.jpg medyo maalon lang sa front side... kaya sa backside as usual ang mga water sports/ activities. medyo dapat may contingency plan if going there this season. i suggest resort like la carmela may pool sa beach front in case sumama ang panahon pwede parin mag enjoy sa pool lalo dun sa mga may kids na dala. you can at least go back and forth sa beach and pool depende. btw, i recommend le soleil de boracay d2 kami nag stay this time... P5500 lang family room 2 nights with BF, Lunch & dinner buffet plus complimentary massage by regines spa for three. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment

The_Blade
good that you're fine! hmnn, the risk of property damage due to force majeure is really high in areas like there if not engineered/protected appropriately. property/business management includes risk management. gws! hope you'll enjoy the sunshiny! Quote Link to comment
