Guys, try looking at beautiful women and how their siko's are. For me kasi its like its kinda dirty to look at. Afterwards, I try to check out her elbows and ankles (siko at sakong). Aside from the usual (face, hair, teeth, etc.) body parts, these two are my indicators on how well she takes care of her body.
