On the first 605 takes, something, usually very minor, didn't work. They would then have to set the whole thing upagain. The crew spent weeks shooting night and day.By the time it was over, they were ready to changeprofessions. The film cost six million dollars and took threemonths to completeincluding full engineering of the sequence. In addition, it is two minutes long so every timeHonda airs the film onBritish television, they're shelling out enoughdough to keep any one of usin clover for a lifetime. However, it is fast becoming the most downloadedadvertisement in Internet history. Honda executives figure the ad will soon pay foritself simply in "free viewings"(Honda isn't paying a dime to have you watch thiscommercial!). When the ad was pitched to senior executives, theysigned off on itimmediately without any hesitation - including the costs.There are six and only six hand-made Honda Accordsin the world. To the horror of Honda engineers, the filmmakersdisassembled two of them to make the film. Everything you see in the film (aside from thewalls, floor, ramp, andcomplete Honda Accord) is parts from those two cars. The voiceover is Garrison Keillor. When the ad wasshown to Honda executives, they liked it and commented on howamazing computer graphics have gotten.They fell off their chairs when they found out itwas for real.Oh, and about those funky windshield wipers. On the new Accords, thewindshield wipers have water sensors and are designed to start doingtheirthing automatically as soon as they become wet. willow_boy Posted June 28, 2007 Share Posted June 28, 2007 I'm leaning towards the 2007 Honda Accord EX. I like Honda's powerful and yet fuel-efficient V6 Engine and the car's styling. 9mm Posted June 30, 2007 Share Posted June 30, 2007 ano po ba itsura ng camry philippines? the pic above is the mideast edition. saudi arabia po yang plate nya. kung ang pagbabasihan eh yung camry at accord mideast since nandito ako ngayon. mas gusto ko ang camry. nakapagdrive na ako ng latest accord and civic. considering na malalaki ang nilalagay nilang makina dito. parehas silang kulang sa torque. di po ako fan ng dalawang car brands na ito pero i'll go to the camry. dito po toyota mahal ang resale value at napakadaling imaintain. honda naku po napakahirap hanapan ng piyesa. para sa akin lang yung predecessor nitong latest camry ang kamatch ng latest accord peace to all Quote Link to comment

Novice69 Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 I don't like the new camry, too boxy for my taste, IMO they tried to do two things at once, give it a classy luxurious look and a sport look as well, doesn't work  that way. I'd personally go for the accord, but if your into a really luxurious cabin go for the carmy, wala cnabi interior ng accord sa carmy, but again over-all for  me ACCORD PA DIN Quote Link to comment
