admiral.nimitz Posted May 11, 2007 Share Posted May 11, 2007 There's PJJ pala it's not that diffrent really... we've (my colleagues and i) taken a scientific approach to it... considering our filipino built and on how we can "evolve" with the art... i mean... brazilian jj came from japan... so each has it's own interpretation dude... here's the catch... u don't have to have those chiseled abs and the muscles... flabby guys like most of u's can benefit fm PJJ... and it f*kcin works dude... fighting on ur back has never been this good... m in cebu ryt now bro...
