Do what you like to do to relax basta kailangan makalimutan mo yung problema mo, kahit sandali lang. I agree.When I'm stressed out, I do something that would make my mind go blank. If I can't afford to go out of town, I do one of two things: 1. meditate (yoga)2. watch a telenovela (It's mind-numbing after a while, believe me hehehe) Or another thing I do is to divert my thoughts to something else. In this case, I hit the books - Clancy, Ludlum, Le Carre, King, etc. When I can't afford to "escape" from the present stress, like if I'm in the office and work is coming down in torrents, I smoke. pintsik Posted September 26, 2003 Share Posted September 26, 2003 meditate **here is a simple way to do it: -sit down-relax-close your eyes-let your mind drift for a while (imagine you are in room filled with boxes each box is filled with emotions, thoughts etc)-after that imagine there is a large bonfire-then imagine all the negative thoughts are burned one by one -do this until you are at peace. -once you are at peace count backwards from 1-30 or if have a run with the old punching bag (if you have one) hope this helps **always remember keep cool Quote Link to comment
