The Hamilo Coast Master Plan

Pico Sands Hotel does not exist as a stand-alone property. It is the hotel anchor inside Hamilo Coast — a 5,800+ hectare master-planned development by SM Land on the Pacific side of Nasugbu, Batangas. The Hamilo Coast plan integrates residential developments, three signature beach coves (Pico de Loro Cove, Etayo Cove, Santelmo Cove), a marina, a beach club, and the Pico Sands Hotel — all inside the gated, security-controlled Hamilo Coast precinct.

For affluent Manila families, this is a different proposition from the typical Batangas resort. The Beach Club

Hamilo Coast is sheltered from the most aggressive Pacific weather, which means the rainy season (June–October) is more manageable here than on the more exposed Bicol coast.

• Manila → Nasugbu / Hamilo Coast — drive via SLEX → Cavitex → STAR Tollway → Nasugbu road. Approximately 2.5 hours depending on traffic.
