Falling For A Client - (For Theras' Perspective Only)

Recommended Posts

19 or 20 years old ata siya at halos araw araw pila balde sa kanya. After three months ata biglang nawala kesyo magpapatuloy daw siya ng pagaaral. Maybe she thought she had enough para sa kayang career.

That also trigger closing the thread ng mp dahil sa pagtatalo ng members sa kanyang pagkawala.

Later, I learned at sure may maraming manliligaw siya at maaaring nagka relasyon din.

But then after a few months biglang bumalik sa same mp. I think I was one of the many she invited on her return. Andoon pa rin naman ang crowd for her.

Again, nawala muli siya and this time taon ang binilang.

After that long absence she again appeared and was said na may anak na. Also, medyo malaki pinagbago ng itsura compared from her last appearance.

Naghiwalay sila with a child for her care.

My opinion, minsan the best thing in this relation is for the person to encourage and teach makapagnegosyo si mpa/thera. Or the mpa/thera should have initiated a business. It will help her later to stand by her own while maintaining the relation.

Spoiling or decorating her is just part of that he can afford. Dahil sa huli magkahiwalay man dahil usually it's more of a temporary relation lang at least nasa good to better condition si girl. And it would be a big thank you.

Five years ago, a client changed the direction of my life.

He asked me to stop working as a therapist and promised na siya na ang magpo-provide sa akin. Because of him, I went back to school. He paid for my needs, gave me a weekly budget, spoiled me with gifts, took me everywhere with him, and even shouldered my rhinoplasty. But more than the things he gave, he made me feel like I deserved a better life.

We were together for one and a half years—the happiest eighteen months of my life. Our relationship wasn’t perfect, especially because he was already married. We fought and had problems, but he never used everything he provided against me. Hindi ako kailangang maghabol just because he held the financial power in our relationship.

Eventually, we had to let each other go. I returned to work and had to pause my studies, but I never went back to being a therapist. For that alone, I will always be thankful to him.

Maybe it’s unfair, but no one I met after him ever made me feel as cared for as he did. Sometimes, I still look at his life from afar. I see how successful he has become, and even though I’m no longer part of that life, I’m still proud of him.

To you, J—thank you for loving the version of me that was still trying to find her way. I know we can’t bring back what we had, but I’ll never regret those eighteen months. Now, I’m back in school as a working student, still rebuilding my life—and a part of the woman I am today will always exist because you once believed in me.

wow what a good read. pang MMK

I have seen it so many times before through some of my MTC friends way back when I was still active as a member of the HB group here, never thought nearly the same thing will happen to me, sa dami ba naman ng pinagdaanan ko sa ganitong larangan.

There was this new Thera na nakuha ko on her first day dahli may timbre from an insider, started with the usual curiosity until the session came. I have had my fair share of being treated extra special from a typical guest-thera session, but this one hits different, this was also the same time I was stressed out on both work and business. Realizing now that probably I was just vulnerable and needed somebody outside of my circle that I could talk to and just listen..

She was just 19yo. college student, an 18 year gap when we met. She was different from any other thera that I met, in fact she was the type na hindi mo aakalain na mapapasok sa ganon, smart, beauty queen looks and the way she carried herself. it started with me being her regular and she was constantly updating me on her agenda and how her day went, which made me feel that I was really special for her to which she also claims. And then that one time when we went out for a late dinner and drinks, we shared stories both happy and sad. Afterwards, had a very special session, I was hesitant to put money on her bag but I still slid it in there because we had a session and I thought I should pay. Not knowing that she saw it since I never bothered telling her,  to my surprise she left it in my car's cup holder before she got out of the car and told me "Medyo naoffend ako pero okay lang, akala ko kasi special night 'to para sa ating dalawa" I was out of words and all I can say was "Sorry" since I did not expect to hear those from her, shocked with a happy heart when I heard it (Paka pogi ko taena!) hahaha. Found myself driving off with a smile on my face and pondering about the words she uttered that night.

The next days were the usual good morning and updating until she started saying I love you, she caught me off guard but I did respond just for the sake of not offending her again. Knowing more about her and her knowing more about me, I just found myself always thinking about what gifts I could give her each time we are going to have our session or us going out on a date. I genuinely wanted to make her happy by spoiling her to a point that I even send gifts for her siblings and parents, she of course never ask for it and was always thankful for every effort I make. I am naturally selfless for those I care about, so part of me is a bit scared of what might happen in the future if this goes on. Few months went on and good thing is I am still level headed and told myself "Lumalalim ah. Ungas, nangyari na yan kay W** at kay J*** tapos gagaya ka pa! kelan ka matatauhan? Pag ubos ka na din?"

She was like a drug, It was so hard for me to stay away from her and cut all our communication but I think it is for the better. I just disappeared without saying a word, changed my number and threw away my old sim so I won't be tempted to contact her. Watching from afar, I wish her well and genuinely happy that she finished her studies and got out of the industry and is now working in a corporate setting. sabi nga ni @Venus of GL "Masama ka sakin, pero masaya ako sayo" and it hit me hard that everything flashed back like it just happened yesterday.

I had a former top thera at your favorite spa fall for me. I invited her for drinks and nag usap kami all night, everything was no natural including the deed. Tried to pay her her normal rate and she did not accept.. she started to see me everyday and even showed me messages from the spa wondering kung nasan sya and why she is not working anymore. She was willing to leave for me, but i couldn't accept it. I also dont believe she would completely leave this life. She had alcoholic parents also addicted to sugal that she was taking care of. I would see old FR's and people sa comment thread asking kung nasan na daw sya hahaha. Sometimes i wonder kung nag tuloy tuloy if it would of worked out but i dont know..

I know, you know also at tayong lahat alam naman natin nariyan ang mga theras para kumita ng pera. Para sa ibang theras the same work is the easiest way to earn money may kasama pang sex. Sabi nga ni mpa na dating pinipilahan "saan ka pa may sex na may pera pa".

At halos silang lahat ay may financial needs so with the family pati na yung nagiisa para maka survive sa buhay. Yung naglayas ng bahay kahit said to be of well to do family nag thera to support herself. She has restrictions at inalok niya ako ng 250k down and 50k monthly for her to be all mine. Biro man o hindi pero before the offer pinasalat muna yung bukana ng kanyang ibaba to convince me. In the later part sa pangangailangan totally inalis ang restrictions.

Dahil tayo ang lumapit sa kanila kaya dapat alam natin na anumang consequences are just part of it. Take it or leave it.

Mayroon bang dapat sisihin?

I caught feelings for a thera I’ve been seeing for almost a year. I didn't plan it at all because I wasn't even looking for anything like that. I've booked plenty of others before and it was always strictly business. But with her, I realized eventually that I was no longer going for the service. I just genuinely enjoyed her presence.

So when the time came, I took the risk and confessed. I knew what I was getting into, and I was prepared for whatever her answer would be. Even though the response didn't favor me, I was fine with it. I just wanted to be honest about what I felt.

Expressing your feelings without expecting anything in return takes way more guts than acting cold and unbothered.

Sure, there were times my emotions got the best of me, especially during misunderstandings. That’s probably where @Venus of GL post about "masama ka sakin, masaya ako sayo" comes in, it really can be a rollercoaster ride.

Is this setup ideal? Not at all. What are the odds? Low. Does she like someone else? I don't know, if she does, then I step back. Simple as that.

I'm not forcing anything, nor do I expect her to choose me. What I did was purely on me. I'm not sure where this goes, only time will tell. But whatever happens, I'm good with how I handled it. No regrets.

You know, I also knew a former thera who went through almost the same situation as you, but she kept coming back when she was in need or having financial issues.

Her story is almost similar to yours, so you're not alone in this. Her client/bf, introduced her to a luxurious lifestyle here and overseas. He gave her things she had never experienced before in her life. She fell deeply in love with him, and eventually, the client/bf reconciled with his legal wife. I won't go into the details, though.

I know that deep down, she still loves the guy very much. Her words and actions may say otherwise, but my gut feeling tells me that she still has feelings for him.

A man's instincts can sometimes pick up on things that a woman tries to hide. Often, tends to ignore the signs because his heart takes over his mind. When emotions are involved, it can be difficult to think clearly and make decisions based on logic rather than feelings.

Hahaha. Anyway, been there done that, ayaw ko man isipin pero in the end of the day pera pera pa din yan. Realizing some things pero on process pa, cguro sa part ko namiss ko lang ung thrill and excitement pero in the end ako pa din talo emotionally, i even jeopardize my marriage. Applicable tlaga ung "masama ka sken, masaya ako sayo" by @Venus of GL.

I am happy for you moving on and moving forward. I hope you are in the right path now. Financially it might be difficult at first, but as long as you have goals, the temporary struggles will eventually give way to long-term stability. Keep going dear ☺️💖
