Naging personalan na nag kalakaran sa politics ng bansa natin..isang example yang nangyayarr kay trillanes at PRRD... Napakapangit tingnan.. Imbis na atupagin ng mga inihalal nating mga leaders ang problema ng bayan eh mas parang napaprioritized pa itong mga ganitong bangayan..

 

Ang media lang naman ang nagpa-prioritize.

 

Buti naman nasa SC na ang bola. Sundin na lang ang sasabihin ng Korte Suprema.

 

Si Trillanes dapat dine-dedma na lang.

 

Mali ang Malacanang na patulan pa yang ugok na yan.

First di pa ba malinaw yung video na session sa senate na sinabi ni Enrile na pabalik balik siya sa china for what reason at don't take notes sa meeting? Totoo kaya ang rumors na nabenta na ang isla ng pilipinas bago umupo si duterte at for publicity lang kuno ang petition ni Pnoy sa The Hague? Aside sa video pinakita na panay deny niya at sinasabi niya na classified daw. Di basehan yung mga videona proof dahil pag tinanong ng SC yan kailangan nila ng original hard copy nung application na nabigyan siya ng amnesty ayon sa isang lawyer yun sa isang news.

 

^may video nga ngsubmit cya, but the video only proved he's submitted his application, it does not prove na completo lahat binigay nya at dumaan sa tamang proseso according to the procedure for applying amnesty (i.e. dun sa job applicant sample ko: there's CCTV footage of the job applicant handing out his requirements to the HR, but the CCTV could not show na may kasamang medical certificate dun)

Agree on this hindi ka 100% applied or pasok sa isang trabaho kung kulang ka ng requirements kumbaga ehh nagenroll ka sa school nagbayad ka nga ng tuition sa application to enroll pero wala kang other requirements like birth certificate or previous school grade cards.

@wiideliva, so basically, you're also saying that the LTO can revoke your license because they can't find your application? And like I said earlier, Trillanes also showed documentary proof. The military also keeps records of such, I'm sure.

Whether you are pro or anti Trillanes, this amnesty revocation is not good for the country. It will reflect on the credibility of the Philippine government. Imagine this - If in the future, the Philippines wants to promote peace by encouraging rebels to surrender by offering them amnesties, sinong gago ang maniniwala na ngayon?

That's exactly my point about credibility. Due diligence is done and is typically more importantly when you do not trust the person or entity you are dealing with. Now that we know that our own government can renege on a previous agreement, we know that we can't trust them and must do this so called due diligence before accepting an amnesty. Pano na ngayon itong mga rebelde na most likely konti lang ang pinagaralan. How do you expect them to do due diligence with no formal education? Duterte just destroyed one of the governments tools for promoting peace. He is destroying the governments credibility.

Really? When Aquino gave the amnesty to the Magdalos back in 2010, he was already thinking about using Trillanes to attack Binay and Duterte in 2016? Advanced mag-isip? Hindi ba niya naisip na yung mga ibang binigyan niya ng amnesty eh kakampi kay Duterte?

 

How about this idea: Ang mga Dutertes ay inis na inis na kay Trillanes dahil sa mga pasabog niya. Kaya nila itong pahiyain by just signing the waiver or showing the tatoo pero hindi nila magawa (I wonder why). Wala silang makuhang dumi kay Trillanes, kaya nagiimbento nalang sila ng kaso. No doubt this is personal for Duterte. With more important issues concerning the country, he chooses to go after Trillanes for such a trivial issue - an application.

Agree ako kay JuanT,sa style ng gobyerno ngayon pag kalaban ka e hindi ka man lang tatagal ng isang buwan sa pwesto kung may mga kalokohan kang itinatago. Bulatlat lahat mahanapan ka lang ng butas. Sa sobrang taba ng utak nila naisip pa nila itong amnesty chuchu na ito. Hindi ko idol c trilanes, pero malinaw naman kung sino ang mali dito.
