At City of Dreams Manila, the curated contemporary art is not a side project. It is the property's organising principle — a programme that threads through the lobby, the casino floor, the hotel corridors, the restaurant entrances, the pool deck. The Melco-Belle joint venture that opened the property in December 2014 made the choice early: among Entertainment City's four integrated resorts, this one would be the design-forward property. A decade on, it has held the position with quiet confidence.
