Being Solid doesn't mean 100% vote. Wala naman ganun maski sa bloc voting ng INC its not 100%. Yung pandaraya lang ni GMA sa Maguindanao makakita ka ng 0 votes sa kalaban. Ibib bang sabihin getting a 90% - 10% vote in favor for Marcos sa North sira na yung sinasabing Solid North?

may sarili pala kayong definition ng "solid" in other words there is really no "SOLID NORTH" baka "SOLD" North ...o yun mga bayaran meron.

 

Kung yung gusto mong definition ng Solid is 100% votes wala na akong magagawa doon. E di matuwa ka kung mga 90-10% lang makuha ni Marcos. Magpa party ka pa kung gusto mo. Pero wag kang iiyak pag nanalo so Marcos because of the Solid North.
