Nakakatuwa naman na alam ng karamihan mag-calorie deficit. It's important for everyone be on the same page to have a productive discussion.

Siguraduhin mo din that you're losing just fat, not fat and muscle. The former makes you look lean & sexy; the latter makes you skinny fat & weak. #2 must-do is to lift (or any resistance training). Pair this with a calorie deficit and wait 3 months. You'll look & feel noticeably better.

The duration/patience part is the final pillar of this holy triad of sexiness. Any dumbshit diet & lifting program works for 24 hours e.g. juice cleanse + Insanity. If it can't last 8-12 weeks, pinaparusa mo lang sarili mo. Many mainstream diets and novice lifting programs do work though; just try one and stick with it.
