Have two from my previous company. yung first naging kami pero hindi nagtagal kasi marami tutol sa amin. the 2nd is hanggang mutual understanding na lang.

 

1st, umabot lang 6 months. mga 3 weeks texting tapos un kami na. selosa sya kaya on-off kami. yung una under the radar kami pero dahil isa kong boss is nakita text messages namin kaya kumalat din na kami. nung kumalat, andami tumutol lalo na mga chinese bosses and officemates (chinese kasi sya) kaya ayun napressure din siya kaya it ended to our break up. may asawa na sya.

 

2nd, crush ko na sya before pa ni first kaso may boyfriend to. siya yung tipong lahat kasundo mo. same kami ng uwi, same kami ng ugali. comfortable kami na mag open sa isat isa. minsan sabay pa kami magsimba sa baclaran at kumain sa labas after office kaya natsismis kami. until one time nagkainuman, tapos nagkaaminan na type ko sya. naging close pa rin kami pero since both of us are in a relationship, it never materialize. ngaun nasa dubai na sya with her husband.

 

mahirap ang office romance. maraming negativity sa office. maraming tsismis na makakadistract. pero kung malakas ang loob nyo e go for it

I've seen a lot of these since I started working up to now that i'm managing my team.

creates complications in the office dynamic.

it can be a source of "wow...that's sweet" if it turns out okay. but when breakups happen---which I'd say 9 out of 10 happens---huge collateral damage both for those involved and people around them.
