I don't know how to put it more delicately, pero kapag puro katrabaho lang namemeet mo it's a sign that you need to fix your social life. Also, don't be that annoying officemate na ginagawang speed dating event ang workplace. No one will tell you upfront but a lot of people are annoyed by it

I've crushed on co-workers in the past. I might spend some extra time/attention to get to know them better as co-workers, and casually flirt. However nothing beyond that.

Mixing romance with work is just a recipe for disaster. Having extra possible drama or possible gossip really isn't necessary in the work place. Also with the US there's always the concern of a sexual harassment complaint to HR or a lawsuit. It really just isn't worth it.

Now if they've moved on to another company, and were past co-workers, who knows what might happen if you decide to catch up with one another.

From a manager's standpoint, sakit sa ulo mga ganitong employees. It's an issue that's not even supposed to be there. Worst yung mga employees na akala mo ginagawang speed dating event ang office. You know them. Yung tipong pag may bagong employee na maganda popormahan agad. Sorry pero naapektuhan talaga ang trabaho, it's inevitable.

Got my fair share sa office. Ka-team ko sya and one day nung matatapos na ung current work namin nagkakwentuhan and inamin nya na may gusto sya sa aken. Nagulat ako kasi di ko expected na meron na pala nagkakgusto sa ken. 
 

nitry ko sya iwasan for few days and nagsisi daw sya bakit nya inamin kasi naging ilag na ako sa kanya. Then dumaan ang mga araw and she keep on saying na ayaw nya masira ung friendship namin and sana daw magtuloy lang kame as usual.

tapos niyaya nya ako lumabas na kameng 2 lang din sabi nya gusto ko daw ba sya halikan. And then ayun na di na ko nakpag pigil hinalikan ko na hanggang 2nd base.

umabot ng one year before ako nagkachance maikama sya pero takot sya mabuntis so di ko tinuloy hanggang ganun na lang. then pandemic came and ang tagal namin di nagkita then nung nagkita kame ulet di na kame nagpapigil and the rest is history.

pero sabi nga other GM, better stay away from this mahirap talaga sya. Chimis, pagtatago and impacted ang work. So i dont recommend, the rule still applies dont shit where you eat. Good day mga master
