Beer Belly

wa effect ang situps.

 

U want to burn those fats to reduce that beer belly

 

Tama! 2 ang layer ng fat sa may bilbil. Meron yung nasa balat lang, at nasa loob ng bituka. Google up omentum.

 

Mapipilay lang likod mo kakasitup.

 

Dapat disiplinado kang tao talaga sa pagkain. Ang beer belly reflection yan ng lifestyle mo. Ang dami dami nagbubuhat dyan at naglalaro ng basketball araw araw na may tyan. Bakit? Kasi paglabas naman ng gym puro coke, inom, sisig extra rice. Madali maging motivated sa exercise, pero mas mahirap yung maging disiplinado sa pagkain

Couldn't agree more... I am guilty of this.. Wa epek exercise due to lack of discipline in food intake.. Hirap mag diet! kelangan ng self discipline talaga..

situp and jump rope

 

Jump rope works for me. Malakas makaburn talaga ito. Para sakin, instead of buying a treadmill, learn the art of rope skipping instead. Mas nakakaburn pa ito at nakakaganda ng cardiovascular output kesa regullar running. Aerobic exercise kasi ito na lahat halos ng parte ng katawan mo in motion. Plus its good for your hand to feet coordination.

 

As a bonus, its also a fun exercise to do especially when you begin to learn tricks

+1 sa jump rope. but its just hard to get the hang of it.

mas madali mg jogging lang

 

Tyaga tyaga lang ito. Ako din naman nung una walang kaalam alam kung pano mag jump rope. Parang pagbibisikleta, hindi mo talaga makukuha unang beses. Pero masaya naman sya pag sinamahan mo ng konting music para makuha mo rhytm mo. Tsaka astig din sya pag kaya mo na makagawa ng maraming tricks.

 

Maganda din ito para sa conditioning talaga ng respiratory system mo. Unang una kong subok, di kinaya ng 5 mins kahit paputol putol But with consistency, nawala talaga issues ko sa chest pains and breathing problems

 

Nga lang, madalas ka magkatendonitis sa exercise na ito

Set ups everyday

 

Situps wont do anything to reduce the size of your belly. It will only make it firmer pero di liliit yan kahit 2000 situps a day ka pa. Plus, mapipilayan ka pa ng likod dito
