Yes effective din ito. Nga lang, dapat intensity talaga pagpedal, hindi yung parang joyride lang sa bisikleta. When it comes to diet, I think its always best to go for a holistic health approach. c32 Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Used to have a pot belly din, was able to trim it by cutting back on sugars and carbs, dati papatulan ang unlirice tsaka softdrinks araw araw, ngayon half cup of rice a day nalang tapos occasional nalang ang softdrinks, like 2-3 drinks a month. I also go to the gym regularly and do a combination of cardio and weights. I still do situps from time to time pero it's not to trim the belly fat, it's to strengthen the ab muscles lang.
