trench1979
Crunches work only the muscles on the front and sides of your abdomen, but it's important to target all the muscles of the core to get more defined abs—including lower back, hips, and upper thighs. Try to build muscle para ma increase ang metabolism mo Quote Link to comment
Edmund Dantes
avoid rice and do lots of walking. That will help. definitely. Try it. Limit rice huwag naman avoid. Tsaka mix up your carbs. See, a lot of people have this misconception that carbs are bad for them. Or not eating rice will actually result in a flatter belly. Its sugar you should avoid not carbs. Di ka nga nagkakanin, lagi ka naman softdrinks at sugary drinks, eh di mas tataba ka lang nyan lalo. Here is what you need to understand about carbs. YOU NEED THEM! How will your body start metabolizing to build muscle and burn excess fat when it does not have any source of fuel? Remember Carbs is energy. Kaya nga GO food sya na tinatawag. You simply gotta limit your intake ACCORDING TO YOUR DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. If you have an active lifestyle and constantly exercising, then of course you need a lot of carbs. Carbs also is needed to synthesize muscle. If walang masyado ginagawa then bawas sa kanin. Bakit naman si Pacquiao pag may training? Isang kaninan nya eh isang bandehadong kanin nakakain nya pero nagkakabilbil ba sya. If you are not active and you take too much carbs, then magiging stored energy sya in the form of fat Quote Link to comment
Roar100
This is really effective! Significantly reduce intake of carbohydrates (rice, bread, cereals) and replace it with vegetables! Quote Link to comment

Edmund Dantes
Para sakin, the only fool-proof way to lose that belly and keep it off is having consistency and overall holistic health. Exercise and diet is of course needed, but not everyone does them with consistency. These things should be part of you like going to the toilet or brushing your teeth is. It should be things you can't live without. Hindi yung parang panonood ng sine o pamamasyal na gagawin mo lang pag nasa mood ka. Also, it helps if you change your outlook about health and fitness. If your only motivation for exercising and not eating rice is aesthetics, then you are more likely to not do it with consistency. You will just burn out sa routine, at balik lang sa dating mga bisyo. But if your motivation is overall holistic health, then you ten to focus more on discipline and it will be easier to be in this lifestyle. Added bonus syempre yung mwalan ka ng bilbil. Hindi lang naman yan pagbabawas ng kanin. Dapat nasa sistema mo talaga kumain ng masustansya at mabuti sa katawan. Para sakin a lot of people wanna look healthy but dont care too much about being healthy. Those are 2 different things Quote Link to comment
Kevin Balot
regular sit-ups might help Quote Link to comment
Edmund Dantes
regular sit-ups might help This is the biggest exercise myth of all time. Situps don't do squat. You'll only injure your back doing it more often. It takes a ridiculous amount (in over thousands) to burn just one gram of belly fat. Besides, spotting is a myth. You can't target one particular part of your body to lose fat. Unless ipa liposuction mo siguro Quote Link to comment
Real Derick
limit your softdrinks and rice intake. try using other forms of carbo like bread, noodles and root crops (kamote). I believe it helped me. Quote Link to comment
