Para sakin, instead of buying a treadmill, learn the art of rope skipping instead. Mas nakakaburn pa ito at nakakaganda ng cardiovascular output kesa regullar running. Aerobic exercise kasi ito na lahat halos ng parte ng katawan mo in motion. Plus its good for your hand to feet coordination. As a bonus, its also a fun exercise to do especially when you begin to learn tricks Quote Link to comment

Ako din naman nung una walang kaalam alam kung pano mag jump rope. Parang pagbibisikleta, hindi mo talaga makukuha unang beses. Pero masaya naman sya pag sinamahan mo ng konting music para makuha mo rhytm mo. Tsaka astig din sya pag kaya mo na makagawa ng maraming tricks. Maganda din ito para sa conditioning talaga ng respiratory system mo. Unang una kong subok, di kinaya ng 5 mins kahit paputol putol But with consistency, nawala talaga issues ko sa chest pains and breathing problems Nga lang, madalas ka magkatendonitis sa exercise na itoSet ups everyday Situps wont do anything to reduce the size of your belly. Medyo mahal sure, pero pagdating naman sa health benefits sulit sya. Try many olive oil-based recipe. What I do is yung chicken breast ko, minamarinate ko sa ziplock bag with konting olive oil, dried basil (or herb of your choice), then lemon juice (kalamansi ok din). Tapos refirigirate or freeze. Then sear lang sa pan using olive oil ulit. Pwede ring salad dressing. Mas hindi luto mas effective sya. Ito ang talagang nagpaliit ng tyan ko eh. That and of course being a bit more disciplined with food choices. Its also effective in ensuring na di ka magkakabilbil bigla pag medyo nawalan ka disiplina. Kaya at least one meal ko a day me olive oil. Ako din me konting pang love handles. Mahirap talaga tanggalin ito. Ito ang pinakahuling mawawala kasi. Pag about mo ng 15% bodyfat, mas mahirap na talaga sunugin natitirang taba. Kasi syempre gusto ng katawan mo magstore pa ng konti eh. Sabi ko nga yung natitira pang taba sa tagiliran kung pwede pumunta na lang sa calves ko eh. Kung ikaw desidido ayusin lifestyle mo, pero lagi naman me nagdadala ng mga bawal sa ref at cupboard, mahihirapan talaga labanan ang tukso. Para sakin kasi, wala yung exercise eh. Kayang kaya magexercise. But staying disciplined outside the gym is yung totoong challenge. Lalo pa pag feeling mo deprived ka sa masasarap na food Quote Link to comment

Situps target lang nun upper abdomen, ang pang lower abdomen o yung pang bilbil e leg raises like exercise kung saan target mo yung waist areadamay na dito yung gilid at likod.. Hindi sasakit likod mo kaka sit ups kung tama ang posture at position mo. , nakakatulong din ang push up kahit papaano sa abdomen area, like-wise ang pull ups din damay abs mo dun.@Don't do it to impress, do it dahil para sayo din yan pag tanda mo. 1 Quote Link to comment
