blue+george Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 delete beer. for the belly, running, sit ups, push ups, pull ups (core exercises) run, avoid fats, protein, fiber, check your liver, it bloats the belly, check your intestines for gas, bloats the belly as well. avoid alcohol, since it swells the liver. I still feel young even at my age so I'm still looking for tips and techniques from u guys. This thread, i must say, is quite informative.
