BDO Complaints

Mga 30 years nako client ng BDO (C/A, savings, UITF,… ) Medyo malaki placement ko sa BDO for years. I get all the Christmas giveaways utos ni Manager. Na deplete savings ko dahil sa pandemic. Last Christmas I requested for giveaways Sabi ng same manager Wala raw 😕 Suplada pa.

Hate them so much. May isang month na nagfail sila magbayad sa lahat ng enrolled billers ko even though I had more than enough balance to do so. Na penalize tuloy ako ng isang biller with an extra fee of P500, which BDO refused to cover as todo deny sila na nagka problem with their system.

Para makabawi, tinanggal ko lahat ng billers ko from my BDO account and transferred it to my payroll account with another bank. Ngayon halos maintaning balance na lang ako lagi sa kanila.

bdo sucks

paparanasin  ka talaga nila na pobre ka

waitinng time is 40 mins

tapos bawal magphone

puro arte

ang taray pa ng tellers at manager

Mas maganda yung new app for me. Simula nung nagbago sila, mas nakita ko lahat ng accounts and transactions ko with BDO.
