ever since I entered the industry, I’ve chosen to prioritize myself and what’s best for me and my future. I’m not saying I don’t believe in love, but it’s just that no guy would want to be with a girl with this kind of job unless they’re benefiting from it or they don’t really love you. 
so I told myself, I’m not ready for that kind of thing yet. It’s not a great job, but it’s easy money and it was my way to save up. actually, I was able to save before, but unexpected life events happened and I had to come back to the industry. 
guys will always be there, there’s plenty of them. and if I don’t end up meeting genuine love, it’s okay. for now, I’m just focusing on my goals.

I think you can have both.  Pero if i have to choose, love.  Ang work pag nde ka na nila kailangan o need mo na mag retire, wala na.  But ang true love mo will (or should) be with you till death.
