Ryla of Daje
I’m a giver... A GIFT GIVER OR ANYTHING RELATED TO GIVING SOMETHING TO A PERSON WHO’S CLOSE TO ME. but as a giver person, I don’t expect anything back from what I gave to people. but when someone remembers me? damn, my soft-hearted heart can’t take it. I really cry. because I rarely receive gifts, I’m usually the one buying the things I want but more often I save money for myself because I want to save up and accomplish my plans. so when I receive a gift from other people, I appreciate it so much. every time I’m remembered, I’m happy. ❤️🩹 4 Quote Link to comment

I save up to buy the things I want and rarely receive gifts, kaya the smallest of gifts, I would breakdown and treasure them. The difference lang siguro with Ms. Ryla is that I am broken, and broken people tend to give everything to the point there is almost nothing left. The more you give, the more you receive .. is not true for me unfortunately, but I don't care. Quote Link to comment

It’s still working though, and it’s still good as new because I take care of my things. but lately I’ve been thinking of getting myself a gift for my birthday. but since I’m so matipid, I’m still having second thoughts. crazy right? I’m so fast to give help or gifts to other people, but for myself I barely buy anything unless I really, really need it. one thing I’m really proud of about myself is that I’ve improved this time, especially when it comes to handling money. so can you guys help me decide? do I deserve it or should I just not buy it muna? LOL Honestly, you super deserve it. If you’ve been working hard and managing your finances well, treating yourself shouldn't feel like a crime, di ba? You always prioritize other people, so it's about time you give back to yourself naman. Go get it and don't overthink it too much. You definitely earned this. Quote Link to comment

It's true though that we can't give what we don't have. It's always nice to know that the gifts we give are appreciated by those who receive them. Quote Link to comment

LOL Yes Ms. @Ryla of Daje. If we don't expect anyone to give this precious of a gift, then wala dapat guilt if we buy it ourselves, for us. Gift giving includes us, not just others. If within your means, sometimes nga kahit hindi, no second thoughts, no guilt afterwards, then go for it! Sa case ko, if I don't reward myself, then who will? If I dwell on expecting someone to buy it for me, then until when? Quote Link to comment

LOL I think for me you deserve it, i know we all work hard to get by but sometimes we need to also remember that we have to spoil ourselves every now and then to remind us that working hard has their own rewards and it also serves as a reminder for us na kaya natin even when time times get rough. Hello same august din birthmonth ko hehe Quote Link to comment
