Eto yun bawat secrets niyo pwede ma intercept na. Parang pinalalabas mo, ngayon lang mangyayari yan dahil kay Duterte.... Globe Telecom is controlled by a foreign country -- through Singapore's SingTel. PLDT is controlled by a foreign country -- through Indonesia's Salim Group The new player, Philippine Telephone & Telegraph (PT&T) - is sourcing a Chinese partner. Anong ibibigay sa foreign country ang inerereklamo mo na hindi pa nagawa noon? Edited January 18, 2018 by camiar Quote Link to comment

Pa ammend mo yung constitution kasi nakalagay dyan kung ilang % ang ownership sa mga companies pero sa media THE 1987 CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES ...www.officialgazette.gov.ph/constitutions/...constitution...philippines/the-1987-constit...Section 11. (1) The ownership and management of mass media shall be limited to citizens of the Philippines, or to corporations, cooperatives or associations, wholly-owned and managed by such citizens. tk421
So are you a champion of the constitution now? As far as I know Rappler was 100% Filipino owned, otherwise it wouldn't have been given license to operate before. Edited January 19, 2018 by tk421 Quote Link to comment

As far as I know Rappler was 100% Filipino owned, otherwise it wouldn't have been given license to operate before. You don't need to be a champion of the constitution to know simple facts. They started small so no PDRs yet which means no foreign investment yet when they got the license. That question really how far do you really know. Quote Link to comment
rooster69ph
Granted your argument is correct ... So haroots are you saying that media companies should not issue pdr coz it is illegal? Pls enlighten us with ur knowledge Quote Link to comment

That question really how far do you really know.CPAs have a good understanding about the issue also, although rappler can defend this issue its up to the courts really if they will be favored. The bad part is they have a case far worst than this one. And thats about the more classified information they have thrown out the public Quote Link to comment
rooster69ph
I think off topic na pagusapan pdr issue ng rappler dito. So i deleted my reply haroots and moved it to the duterte thread. Dun na lang natin ni tk ituloy ang paguusap. Quote Link to comment
tk421
So regarding Benham rise, payag naman agad ang DutS Admin nun sinabi ng China we dont own it daw. Not our territory daw just exclusive rights to exploit. Pero pagdating sa WPS, territory daw nila. Ano ba~! Quote Link to comment
tk421
China: what is mine is mine. What is yours, we share. Duterte Admin: Ok. Me: What the ef?! Quote Link to comment
Maykeee
The greatest concern re: China is their continuous building of military facilities in the artificial islands they built in South China Sea including the West Philippine Sea. Sa oras na mafully-equipped ang mga ito ng weapons and military forces, wala na tayong magagawa at wala naman talagang may ginagawa to challenge China. Dahil kakampi ng China ang Russia, (another superpower, nuclear power and permanent member of the UN Security Council), cant afford ang US to have a military confrontation with China re: their South China Sea expansion.
