I remembered when I had my first corporate job for a local company... Sabi ko sa sarili ko maganda track record Ng company for sure maganda pamamalakad Neto... was wrong and had to resign twice... 1st Kasi pandemic, medical field ang nature tapos nag stop operation? 2nd is when I applied for my current job, because Nung bumalik Ako akala ko nag bago na culture and matuto Sila sa mga mistakes nila Nung pandemic... I was wrong... now I'm happy with my work kahit na ba I always go out of town kahit nakakapagod ok lang Kasi I see myself growing not only as a person but also as a career oriented person.

Yup. Downside is ang tagal ng career growth, sweldo, benefits lang talaga. Hindi ka kasama sa service charge pag casual ka, walang leave pay, at walang discount pag mag staycation ka pag casual.
