ray004
Oldie na talaga si Asi. Hindi na makalundag, dinadaan na lang sa laki ng katawan. you should instead appreciate what asi taulava is doing. despite of his age he is still willing to serve the country unlike other pba players. ray004
hahaha, first time i saw Asi acted that way! Putris kung tumama yung suntok niya, may kalalagyan yang Malaysian Yee! hahaha i would do the same thing! Quote Link to comment
RED2018
Gilas needs to minimize turnovers, protect the balls at all times... Mac Baracael for me is a better offensive player than Japeth. Japeth, is almost always affected by depending scrappy big men or double teaming defense against him. His post plays left much to be desired. Japeth needs to develop more offensive weapons to become a better player. He seems to be more of "opportunistic scorer" wherein he gets his points mostly on dunks, follow-ups and fastbreak plays. There is no question about his athleticism and his ability to play defense but his offense is severely lacking. Sana makuha niya yung mga galaw ni Sonny Thoss or Kerby Raymundo. Quote Link to comment
Richmond
Have you seen what Asi did to the Malaysian during their game? Two punches i guess. for me, he just did the right thing Base on the accounts from Asi himself the Malaysian touched his dick then squeeze it then pulled it upwards parang hand pulled noodles procedure nun ha Quote Link to comment
pinoywritingfool
Must win game mamaya for Gilas. Sure ball na mananalo ang chinese taipei at jordan kontra uae at japan kay expected na magiging 4-1 sila. Kelangan nating sumabay with a win over Korea (4-0), para 4-way tie tayo at 4-1. Pag natalo tayo, sure na sa finals ang Korea (5-0), chinese-taipei at jordan ang may inside track sa second finals slot (4-1) at maghahabol na lang tayo ng 4th place against Iran (tied at 3-2) Quote Link to comment
mangAMB0
kaya ng gilas na manalo s korea they can out ran s korea especially pag andun ung malaking player ng korea.one more thing make some isolation play which this player get out from the box para walang intimidation sa loob. one more thing iwas sa pagsundot ng bola at maxiadong dikit sa kalaban pg nadepensa madalas tinatwagan ng foul e. maxiadong sensitive s foul ang mga referee pagdating s gilas konting dikit foul but in the other hand they werent able to call fouls like what happen to Asi, there was a refferee in front of asi and assh*le and yet there is no foul given to assh*le! wat the hell! nizon
daming turnover sa bandang huli ng 4th quarter. parang di maka concentrate sa laro si douhit. Quote Link to comment
khilua23
kahit talo ang gilas... kung noon Allan Caidic was regarded as "Philippine Man No.8" by other Asian teams, now JV Casio is regarded as "Philippine Man No.6".. man to mark in the team. Quote Link to comment
pinoywritingfool
i think the tournament format calls for a knockout semi-finals among the top 4 teams after the elimination phase (1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3), the winners will then meet in the finals. You are right. My bad. Quote Link to comment
Richmond
Team Pilipinas has a chance in the end to win the game but lack of concentration and numerous turnover did them in the game against Korea Quote Link to comment
catsumhoto
mas malaki mga kalaban... dapat masanay n cla with such situation... it seems n they find it quit hard to play against bigger opponent with the same quickness and speed that they have... naturally the bigger opponent wins out in most cases.... junix
nice warm-up for tomorrow's game against japan. the japs have been playing good basketball lately...a win over jordan and a close game against the koreans. magandang laban ito. Quote Link to comment
ray004
applied ba quotient system sa jones cup? Quote Link to comment
khilua23
so, talo pala jordan sa japan? edi kung manalo bukas ang PHL at most tied sila ng jordan sa standings.. Quote Link to comment

SaintPeter5858
paano kung may tie sa standing? taipei , gilas, iran/jordan pwedeng mag tie.[/qu They have a quotient system that they now follow in all cases involving a tie of many teams. Whoever has a higher score gets the coveted slot Quote Link to comment
pinoywritingfool
Parang I read somewhere na winner over the other ang gagamiting system. If that is the case, patay tayo if we tie with Jordan or Japan (if we lose today). But if we tie with Iran or Chienese taipei, buahy tayo. Quote Link to comment
Dadudez
Current Standings before today's game: Korea - 5-1Philippines 4-2Jordan 4-2Iran - 4-2Taiwan 4-2Japan - 3-3 Important Games today. 3pm: Iran vs. Jordan5pm: Phil vs. Japan7pm: Taiwan vs. Korea Quote Link to comment
pinoywritingfool
From Wikepedia <LI>Tiebreaking criteria: Head-to-head recordGoal average on games among tied teamsGoal average on all gamesYun nga. So pag tie tayo sa Iran or Chinese Taipei, lusot tayo. Pag Jordan o Japan (If we lose today), may talo. Quote Link to comment
