Kadalasan, pamilya natin mismo is nao-overlook or dina-downplay Yung mental struggles natin. Pero we still need them to be with us while we are fighting our self. fanboii3000 Posted June 23 Share Posted June 23 Stop thinking of sad things, If you remember something that makes you sad, Try remembering good things that happened, Don't watch depressing movies or series, Try exercising especially running a few miles and get that runner's high.
