Maykeee
Avoid vices (alcohol, cigar, illegal drugs). It will NOT HELP in any way... Find out if you are Clinically Depressed. Mahal magpagamot pero seek the help of professionals/psychologists through support groups, mental health advocates and concerned NGOs. Kadalasan, pamilya natin mismo is nao-overlook or dina-downplay Yung mental struggles natin. Pero we still need them to be with us while we are fighting our self. This is a complex problem that needs complex solution and firm resolve. Quote Link to comment
