It's in Chapter 2, Episode 2.

 

Two weeks na akong stuck dito.

Puro "Confront Gang Leader Dmitri Leonov" na lang ang nagagawa ko sa Moscow.

normally, russia episodes / jobs would just open up if the previous jobs are completed -- normally indicated by a blue bar

 

you can also do the Violently Break Up A Campaign Rally, so you can do 4 ask for bonus jobs..

lotto items are won through the lottery tickets

ang going rate nowadays ay 1 lotto item = 200-300 high end cuba loots..

highest ive seen is 400 loots for a lotto item

eh mas malalakas ang mga russia loots eh. ewan ko ba kung bakit yun pa rin ang going rate

so im telling you now, wag umasa as lotto items. ahaha.

ano mas practical gawin? ang bumili ng 3 crates for 55 GP or buy those rare single items on sale?

mas practical na gamitin ang GF pts sa pera (kung kailangan ng puhunan) or energy pts (kung gusto na mag-level up).

who to promote as your top mafia..

 

mastermind - any character with more than 15,000 jobs will give you the max of 11%

wheelman - fearless only. level 320+ will give max of 11%

buttonman - maniac only. level 300+ will give max of 11%

bodyguard - any character with 50,000 fights won will give you max of 11%

safecracker - any character with 50,000 heists will yield max of 15%

bagman - mogul only. level 300+ will give you max of 15%

this is from how i understand.. i might be wrong, im just trying to help

 

when you start doing chapter 2, you will choose a side - either mafiya or vory..

if you choose mafiya -- vory jobs get locked.. in the same manner,

if you choose vory -- mafiya jobs get locked

 

chapter 3 will open if chapter 2 is finished

the only standing-out among the halloween loots is the kraken (24A, 41D).. all the rest of the loots are just so-so stuff and pampaganda lang ng profile

 

unless you are that lucky to get the rare item (which will give you the treasure hunter achievement..)

then i suggest you just save them for future use.. as labuyo said, you can purchase rubles for russia -- kasi finishing russia would really take time if you'll just be waiting for business to produce money to buy loots in order to finish the jobs or purchase energy refill for faster level up

 

i think the best crates ever made were the ones before halloween -- the cuban labour crates

taas ng attack and defense ng lahat ng loots

I already had kraken in my looted items from the Halloween promo. I wont be using it for the Holloween crates neither. I guess I'll hold up my GP for better use. thanks sa advice...
