sonnyt111 Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Recently, I noticed government personnel pulling over diesel powered vehicles along EDSA (the stretch between Buendia and Ayala Avenue southbound). These government personnel seem to be conducting emission tests on said vehicles.Ā This is crazy considering I've seen buses late at night that spew black smoke that's so thick, I can't even see the bus anymore.
