Leather Shoes

I purchased a pair of Carmina shoes at Lost+Found in QC. The shop is now renamed The Signet Store and moved, if the facebook is correct, to Unit 102C Windsor Tower, Legazpi Street, Makati. Men's clothing blogger Kevinyapjoco is one of the owners of this most welcome and needed shop - there are almost no places in metro Manila where a guy can find great footwear. Well-known Japanese raw denim is also available. Though import tariffs in the Philippines are high the shoes are priced competitively; I spent p26,000, which is just north of U$600 (p44=$1). Shoes made of shell cordovan will run an additional U$ 200 - 300.

I place higher value on comfort that's a tad casual since I work in smart casual and I want my work shoes to be wearable in different ocassions so I go for loafers. I usually go to Pedro, Call It Spring, Traffic and Topman for my shoes. Mahirap sa akin is I have thin feet and small ankles so my shoes need to have a slim silhouette or else I'll look like a duck in bulky shoes. Hehehe.
